How To Work With Pretty Decor:

It is easy to start working with us by using the following steps:

1.Item Selection

You can select our available item and style by pictures and samples, or tell us your idea, we will make a suitable recommendation for you accordingly, any customized processing would be welcomed for negotiate. Details please turn to Customized Service page.

2.Order Clarification

Before receiving the order, we will clarify and reach agreement in terms of material, size, colour, quantity, thickness of goods, and also payment, shipping, delivery time, packaging and documents all that involved.

3.Order Production

After receive the order, we make production arrangement on schedule and update the production status in time to keep you informed, and make preparation for shipping booking in advance.

4.OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)

Before packing the goods, our professional quality inspectors will check and record the product quality according to Pretty Decor's standard or customer’s special requirement to insure all the items are in good condition when leaving us.

5.Shipping

When all the items are well and ready, we will inform you and arrange loading for shipping, you can refer more at About Shipping. 

6.Documents

After shipping out, for delivery by Air or Sea, one set of shipping documents will be provided to you for goods custom clearance, you can just wait freely for the arriving at destination port. For sample or small order go by Express the Tracking No. will be informed you within 1~2days.

7.After-sales Tracking

Upon the estimate arriving date, we will keep tracking for the goods and your precious comments to better our quality and service.
